The Project / Outputs

The main tangible outputs are:

  1. Establishment of 2 experimental fields. Growing and distribution of the seedlings to the vine producers. It is a pilot for the region model to support the local producers.
  2. Conduction of 2 studies and analyses.
  3. Elaboration and digitalization of 4 Tutorial modules with 3 sub thematic topics each – totally 12.
  4. Conduction of 2 press conferences and 1 vocational conference.
  5. Development of 2 e-leaflets, 300 project sets, 500 memorabila, 40 press releases and articles, 20 web banners.
  6. Development of Agro-Tourism Business Academy. The academy will strive to achieve an institutional image, through its services and competence, among local entrepreneurs and start-ups.
  7. Development of App – live mapping the existing targeted businesses, development of 10 bio agro/wine tourism routs in the CB area; provision of possibility for the users to create their own routs- a completely innovative approach to developing a business system serving entrepreneurs and consumers in the region in terms of new technological solution. The application will be available for free and will be used via smart devices and PCs. It will enable consumers to use routes made under the project or to create their own.
  8. Development of Web Portal and IT equipment as a digital environment for provision of support to the SMEs.
  9. Creation of 4 digital educational modules and tutorials. In other to provide the business benefits the modules will cover: a) Diversification of the entrepreneurs’ products and services, b) Development of new business niche – bio – agro – wine tourism, c) Financial management and financing opportunities, d) Entering new markets, expanding production, increasing production capacity. The titles of the modules could be changed during the implementation, but the main approach of provision the knowledge will remain.
  10. Provision of specialized sommelier trainings – development of 6 video lessons
